About Ward Hill, NY
Ward Hill is a northeastern neighborhood in Staten Island. It is the northernmost hill of the series of hills that stretches across half of the island. The name of the community is attributed to Caleb T. Ward, one of the first few who bought a property at the hill back in 1826. The Caleb T. Mansion is added to the National Register of Historic Places as a New York City landmark.
